WELCOME
If we haven't already said it (or said it enough) you matter to us hugely. In fact, we love you a lot. And we're deeply grateful for the roles you've been playing in shaping our journeys to this point. We're looking forward to being with you in person soon to help us celebrate.
The Internet may have helped us find each other, but our story doesn't belong in social media or online, we prefer real gatherings. We are so looking forward to sharing our love, laughter, anecdotes and memories with you all in person on the banks of the River Thames, where our romance blossomed.
What we will share for now is this: our individual stories started nearly half a century ago on different continents. And then in London, our joint story began with a simple exchange. It was hardly poetry (or was it?) but it sparked a cosmos of other and continuing moments of joy, excitement, grace and gratitude.
Jess: "I like your face."
Nilesh: "You look nice."
Jess: "I am nice."
Somehow that was enough for us to agree to meet up. We fell in love pretty much instantly, and we have been falling upwards ever since.
That first exchange of smiling openness to possibility is what we aim to take with us into marriage, blended family life, and all our chapters ahead.
And we can't wait to step into that with you all beside us.

FAQs
Dress Code
There is no code! Wear whatever gives you joy and puts you in a mood to celebrate. No ties (unless they give you joy). Bear in mind we will be by the river, which can be windy. Celebrations will be indoors and outdoors, weather permitting, and there is a cloakroom.
(Jess is donning a dress at least for a while, and Nilesh will wear a custom shewarni. The kids are still deciding on their outfits.)
Accommodation & Guest Transport
As it's a one-day London wedding, with infinite options to suit your preferences and budgets, we haven't organised collective accommodation and transport. However please email us if you'd like help with suggestions.
Food
Daytime food will be vegetarian and vegan. Evening food will be a mix of non-vegetarian, vegetarian and vegan. There will be gluten-free options, and kids will have the same spread as grown-ups.

Children
It's frustrating, but we are unable to accommodate all the young humans in our community, as much as we would like to. If your kids are not included in the invitation, and you would like them to join, message us directly ASAP. We will let you know what's possible, but best to keep your sitters booked. If you would definitely like to attend without children, please also let us know!
Dogs
We are not permitted any dogs at the wedding (gasp!) so we will be toasting them for sure! We would be overjoyed if your four-legged friends could be part of our celebrations by leaving a video or photo message for us in our Guestbook.
Guestbook & Wedding Day Photos
Instead of a hardcopy guestbook, we invite you to leave messages, pictures, photos and videos - including those you take on the day - in our online Guestbook, managed securely by @GuestPix. Only we will be able to download content, and we won't share any of it on social media or public platforms. We ask you to do the same, and not share any wedding day photos on social media.

We have a lot of life 'stuff'and we don't need much else.
Some of you are makers of beautiful things, so should you feel like gifting us something you've created, we would be honoured. Please don't bring any items to the wedding venue though, after is fine.
If you would like to contribute in another way, money is always helpful. We are saving for a few things: eg a new sofa, family adventure (s), and a next home, whenever that may be, will need things.
So we've set up a Prezola saving pot here (apologies that there are fees, but hopefully not more than a postage fee equivalent)
